Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has reacted to viral claims that his newly launched Euphoria 360 Hub in Lagos is worth N40 billion, saying he does not know how the figure was arrived at.
The actor’s response came after an X user identified as Big Uncle @Usmanashafe celebrated the opening of the facility and described it as a project “valued at 40 billion naira.” The claim spread quickly online after the October 6 unveiling, but neither Adebayo nor Euphoria360 Media Limited has publicly confirmed the amount as the cost or official valuation.
Femi Adebayo Questions the N40bn Figure
“Valued at what?? What?? How? When, where? Wow!” Adebayo wrote on X on October 7, 2026. His reply immediately drew attention because it showed surprise rather than confirmation.
In a second exchange, another X user tried to estimate the cost of the project, asking whether a facility of that size could have cost N1 billion or N2 billion. Adebayo again did not give a figure. He responded: “Grace of God is sufficient for me.”
“Na Here E Start” – Adebayo’s Reply to Ola of Lagos
A third viral moment came from content creator Ola of Lagos, who toured the facility and captioned his video: “Ola of Lagos giving us a well-detailed tour of the new Euphoria 360 hub… Omoh, Na here money finish bruh.“
Adebayo quoted the post and replied: “O ga ju no be here money finish ooo, na here e start oo,” reframing the hub not as where his money ended, but where it would start generating returns.
For now, the N40 billion figure should be treated as a social media claim rather than a confirmed valuation. No breakdown of land, construction, equipment, technology and business assets has been released publicly by Adebayo or his company to support the number.
Where Is Euphoria 360 Hub and Who Commissioned It?
Euphoria 360 Hub is located in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, and serves as the headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited. It was officially commissioned on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, by Lagos State Deputy Governor Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.
The commissioning was attended by family, colleagues and major figures from the Nigerian entertainment industry including Odunlade Adekola, Kunle Afolayan, Ramsey Nouah, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Dele Odule, Jide Kosoko and Yemi Sodimu.
Adebayo described the launch as a “moment of becoming” and said it was the realisation of a vision he had nurtured over time, thanking family, colleagues and supporters. His father, veteran Yoruba actor Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, became emotional at the event, saying the achievement was a testament to his son’s hard work and dedication.
Inside the Hub: Studios, Dolby Atmos and Film Academy
The hub is designed as a full-cycle creative facility bringing several areas of production under one roof.
According to tours shared by Adebayo and Ola of Lagos, it houses cinema-grade production studios, a 52-square-metre photography studio, two HD studios for simultaneous shoots, conference rooms with large screens for board meetings, a vintage room for photography and movie sets, makeup and dressing rooms with a glam area, a concession area, a cafeteria, two cinema rooms for private screenings and premieres, a podcast room, an academy room for training and workshops, editing suites, music production and sound facilities.
Two large studios form the centrepiece. The Adebayo Salami Studio measures over 568 square metres and is suitable for large-scale productions including cinema films, green-screen and CGI projects, music videos, commercials, red carpet events and live events.
The second, the 385-square-metre Aribidesi Studio, is built for commercial shoots, brand campaigns and video productions.
The facility also features a 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos sound studio for enhanced quality sound and a Foley studio for creating sound effects, alongside a dedicated office for the head of post-production.
Services listed by Euphoria360 Media include production, post-production, video editing, motion graphics, sound design and mixing, colour grading, visual effects, content distribution, film training, equipment rentals, advertising, public relations and media consultancy.
It also houses the Euphoria360 Film Academy, which is expected to provide courses, workshops, masterclasses, internships and industry networking opportunities for emerging filmmakers and other creative professionals.
Davido’s B4 B4 Video and Early Use
The facility was already functioning before its official unveiling. Davido’s “B4 B4” music video featuring Mayorkun and FOLA was filmed at the hub before the October 6 commissioning. Fuji musician Sulaimon Alao Malaika also used the studio for a music video in the days that followed, showing that it had moved beyond construction into active use.
From Actor to Filmmaker: The Bigger Picture
The launch attracted mixed reactions online. While many celebrated the expansion of Adebayo’s work beyond acting into filmmaking and creative entrepreneurship, some users questioned the source of funding for a project of that size.
Fans defended him, pointing to his decades-long career from his 1985 debut in his father’s film Ogun Ajaye and his 1995 breakthrough in Tade Ogidan’s Owo Blow, to major productions including King of Thieves (Agesinkole), Jagun Jagun and Seven Doors, as well as Netflix deals, brand endorsements and business investments. Others noted that partnerships and investors are common for such infrastructure.
For Adebayo, who started acting as a child watching his father on set, the hub represents a shift from actor to filmmaker and entrepreneur building infrastructure for African storytelling. The company describes its vision as building an ecosystem that attracts and develops film and media professionals while providing production infrastructure.
Until Adebayo, his company or an authoritative valuer provides a verified figure, the N40 billion amount remains a viral claim that the actor himself has questioned. What is verifiable is that he has opened a sizeable multi-purpose film and media facility in Oregun with production, post-production, sound, training and event spaces, already in use by top artists, and designed to support the next generation of Nigerian creatives.
