Nigerian TikTok star Peller received a N400m Abuja mansion from real estate entrepreneur King Ochacho at his Lagos wedding on Saturday.

Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his wife Elizabeth Amadou, known as Jarvis, were promised a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja as a wedding gift from real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, known as King Ochacho, during their wedding in Lagos on Saturday.
Ochacho, founder of Ochacho Real Homes, made the announcement during the ceremony, which was attended by celebrities, content creators, and family members. Videos of the moment circulated across social media, with guests cheering as the couple embraced.
Presenting the gift, Ochacho declared, “On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.” The announcement drew applause from the assembled guests at the event.

The ceremony drew celebrities, content creators, and family members to Lagos on Saturday. Among the high-profile attendees were actresses Iyabo Ojo and Eniola Badmus, social media influencer Nons Miraj, singer Zinoleesky, and actress Papaya Ex.
Content creator Cute Abiola, socialite Soso Soberekon, influencer Purple Speedy, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux also attended the ceremony, according to the Punch report. The gathering drew from across Nigeria’s entertainment and digital creator sectors.
Peller and Jarvis’ marriage journey began with a proposal in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana, followed by traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller paid the bride price to Jarvis’ family. The couple then legalized their union with a court wedding in Lagos on July 29 before holding their white wedding on Friday.
Saturday’s white wedding ceremony represented the final stage of a multi-step union that unfolded across three states and two countries over several weeks. Each ceremony carried its own legal and cultural weight before the couple arrived at Saturday’s event.

The proposal took place at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana in June 2026, marking the formal start of the couple’s public engagement period. That event set in motion the sequence of ceremonies that culminated in the Lagos white wedding on Saturday.
Ochacho’s pledge on Saturday was not his first public commitment to the TikTok star. At an earlier event, the businessman had already signaled his intention to support Peller financially ahead of the wedding.
According to the Punch report, Ochacho publicly pledged financial support for Peller during the wedding ceremony of music executive Soso Soberekon, months before Saturday’s event. At that earlier occasion, he invited Peller to his own wedding and promised support for the forthcoming marriage.

At that event, Ochacho told Peller, “I am going to send you six zeros, millions,” before collecting the content creator’s phone number. Saturday’s gift of a ₦400 million property represented the fulfillment of that earlier promise.
Ochacho’s company, Ochacho Real Homes, operates in the Nigerian real estate sector. The announcement of a gift of that value at a public ceremony placed the businessman at the center of attention at the Lagos event on Saturday.
The wedding drew attendance from multiple entertainment sectors, including music, film, and social media content creation. Juma Jux, the Tanzanian artist, was among the international personalities present at the Lagos ceremony on Saturday.
The couple finalized their legal union at a court wedding in Lagos on July 29, days before Saturday’s white wedding ceremony. That court proceeding made the union legally binding under Nigerian law before the public celebration was held.
Traditional marriage rites took place in Benin City, Edo State, where Peller paid the bride price to the family of Elizabeth Amadou, fulfilling customary requirements before the later civil and white wedding ceremonies.
Peller and Jarvis are among Nigeria’s most followed TikTok personalities, drawing audiences across the platform’s live-streaming and short-video formats. Saturday’s ceremony, with its high-profile attendance and the ₦400 million mansion announcement, placed the wedding among the more publicized celebrity events in Lagos in 2026.
